The Network Systems Technician enables students to become a network administrator, with the ability to manage Microsoft and Linux networks, configure Cisco routers and switches and troubleshoot PC computing hardware and software. Curriculum is developed to requirements of industry certification tests including Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA. Students will earn an Associates of Applied Science degree.

Programs in the Information Technology program require admission to the program.
Students must complete the first semester of classes in the program of their choice and meet with the program advisor before they will be admitted. Program admissions and major changes will be evaluated by faculty the fourth week of October and March.
